Hey RunnerSpace,

Its me Monique Conn the Southridge High School Cross Country and Track and Field runner Im so sorry that i have been on my site for awhile i have been really busy with Cross Country practice and meets and work and school i just start my senior year at Southridge Hgh School it has been really hard for me but i can balances them all haha :P  i have been really focus on my running and even practice to see who my next challenge will be i have been work really really hard on my training i never have time to focus on my school work it make it hard for me to focus on school and homework but the only probably is i cant balances my school work and Cross Country at the same but i cant help it that I like Running more than school work because i have goals that i want to set but if i want to set them i have to focus on my school work if i want to make it to the 2012 olmypics that is one of my personal goa;s that i want to accomplish is to make it to the 2012 olmypics but i have to focus in school and work really hard in Cross country practice and meets so i can set them if i want to make it far in the future which i know jthat i can do it  if i set my mind to it . Well its late im tired right now because i just got back from a meet in spokcane at shadel park against all 35 different high school and i got 19:47 i took 81 place i know that not good place to take but hey i did my best to break my old time junior year XC record with a 23:06 this year for my senior year i got a 19:47 not bad but i know i can do better. Well peace out and  i will talk to you all later about my next wild and crazy story of Monique's Life
